Production facility

Production facility can produce the required quantity of the stretch film and adhesive tape to meet the needs of the client.

The film is produced by a modern high-tech Italian equipment on the basis of co-extrusion (cast process). The multilayer film structure allows to reach high physical and mechanical properties and performance. It is made of high quality raw materials of such European brands as: Exxon Mobil, Dow Chemical, Polimeri Europa, Sabic and others.

Quality raw materials combined with modern accessories and performance equipment can promptly produce quality products of various sizes in accordance with the requirements of even the most discerning customers.

The company produces the film for machine wrapping and for manual wrapping: in this connection there are 12 high-performance machines for rewinding the film into small diameter cores (to ease manual packaging) of various weights and sizes according to customer requirements.

Rolls of adhesive tape are made of high quality raw materials of Asian and European manufacturers by the three rewinding lines that allow simultaneous production of rolls of different sizes and lengths for manual winding and machine packing according to customer requirements.

Quality Control Department (Department of Technical Control) constantly monitors the conformity of all products to required quality and regulatory documentation. Many times during the shift QCD tests all types of film, tape and accompanying materials in the laboratory.

Manufacturing managerial staff together with QCD is constantly developing and implementing new methods of production, aimed to increase productivity, improve quality and expand product range.
